Mr. C Hotels is committed to being an active participant in safeguarding the well-being and safety of our guests, teammates, partners and community. The status of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is a fluid and evolving one. At this time, we continue to closely monitor the situation and follow the guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Officials at the WHO decided to elevate the coronavirus situation to a ‘public health emergency of international concern’ and all three state Governors where we operate including the White House declaring “National & State Emergencies”.
With that said, the safety and productivity of our guests and employees remains our highest priority. We maintain daily communication with the tourism boards in Los Angeles, New York and Miami to ensure safety practices are updated and implemented as appropriate. Our properties will continue to follow recommended procedures and protocols to ensure that all hotel practices meet the latest coronavirus guidance from the CDC for the continued safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues. We encourage our guests to do the same.
We fully understand the concerns around traveling during this time. Mr. C Hotels is taking additional steps to enhance health and sanitation measures, please click here to view our comprehensive health plan.
